Le 4 Novembre 1995, Michael Jackson interprète Earth Song lors de l’émission Wetten Das sur ZDF. La chaîne Allemande qui enregistrera un taux d’audience jamais atteint auparavant, soit prés de 18 millions de téléspectateurs pendant l’émission, atteindra une pointe à 25 millions de téléspectateurs lors de l’interprétation de Michael sur Earth Song. Michael Jackson fit donc de Wetten Das l’émission Allemande la plus regardée en 1995 !

Le 19 Février 1996, Michael Jackson interprète Earth Song lors des 1996 Brit Awards de Londres.
Le 8 Mai 1996, Michael Jackson interprète Earth Song lors des World Music Awards de Monaco.

Earth Song fut également interprété tout au long du HIStory tour où Michael Jackson réussi à faire entrer un char sur scène.
