Who is it est sorti en pleine période du Dangerous Tour (il ne fait pas parti du programme), tout d’abord en Juillet 1992 mais il n’est pas sorti aux USA car Michael a préféré exploiter le titre « In The Closet » là-bas.
Cependant après sa prestation vocale appelée plus précisément « Human Beat Box » lors de l’interview de Oprah Winfrey les radios américaines ont alors diffusé le titre dont Sony s’est empressé d’en faire des tas de remixs dont le fameux « The Oprah Winfrey Special Intro » (4’00).
