Ce titre n’a jamais fait l’objet de sortie single mais demeure pour une grande partie des fans de Michael Jackson, l’un des meilleur titre de l’album « Blood On The Dance Floor ».

« Morphine » a fait l’objet de censure dans certains pays puisque le titre a été tout simplement supprimé de l’album.
La fiche technique et l’implication de Michael Jackson dans cette chanson montre à quel point le King Of Pop avait alors un message à faire passer lors de sa réalisation.

De part son aspect musical, cette chanson est tout simplement quelque chose de complètement différent de tout ce qu’avait fait Michael Jackson auparavant.
